|Recommended: YesAndover Park Review — The walls and ceiling of our unit are not the thickest, as we can hear our upstairs neighbors' music and residents outside our walls regularly, and we have had some communication issues with the property staff, but overall this is a great place to live. So much nicer than both my old apartment and my partner's old apartment. The unit is cozy and modern, both in look and feel. The grounds are well-maintained, and the maintenance staff are very prompt, professional, and courteous. I love the convenience of the location- my work is 5 minutes down Fisher Rd, and being so close to Hilliard-Rome Rd, Broad St, and I270 means we can get just about anywhere in Columbus within minutes. I would highly recommend Andover Park to anyone.

|Recommended: Yes4 5 overall — Over all would recommend living here could definitely work on tenants not using the compactors on Sundays when the office is closed. Trash is always all over outside the compactor in Sundays. Manager is great

|Recommended: YesA great apartment — Andover has so far been an all around great apartment. The property staff and maintenance team are so great and have been quick to answer.
The grounds does have some trash around the complex that could used picked up but I think this comes from the over flow of the dumpster since we only have one. I would recommend getting another dumpster in the complex to help with the amount of trash that piles up.
Otherwise everyone here is super nice and the apartments themselves are super clean The clubhouse has so many amenities and The complex is also in a great location from grocery store and restaurants. As well as in relation to 70, 270, and 315.

|Recommended: YesLove my first month here — Its what to expect moving into an apartment the young lady at the front desk with the glasses was so kind and helpful getting everything together for me and quickly. The move in process was very smooth. the trash area is easy to use getting rid of my boxes and all my kids love the place. there are many younger children living near us which my 6 year old loves. so far everything has been great.

|Recommended: YesA nice place to live — Andover Park is a nice place to live if you are looking for a space to reside for awhile or have a pet. The staff are friendly and the spaces are clean. The rent can get pricey if you stay longer than 1-2 years, but overall it’s a good place to get your start in Columbus.
